What do you really, really want?
Thinking well involves using your brain to its fullest capacity. No one ever teaches you how to manage what's happening between your ears, and typically your brain rules you instead of the other way around. You have to think well to live well!.
So, how do you think well? First and foremost, you become very aware of your automatic thoughts and responses, Then, you endeavor to put space between your thoughts and your emotions and actions. Finally, you practice gratitude and mindfulness as often as you can.
Thinking well is the mental / emotional aspect of being your happiest and best self - the MIND piece if you will.
Have you ever heard the expression, 'showing up is 80% of the journey?'
Well, HOW you show up is the other 20%. Our minds change our bodies, AND our bodies change our minds. Standing strong in who you are gives you the confidence and courage to be your very best self.
When you're standing in your personal power with an open body stance and good posture, a few things happen. You feel more self-confident and assured, AND you're more open to the needs and desires of others. You're able to make better decisions and handle the challenges that will inevitably arise. Standing tall creates confidence even when you're feeling shakey.
Standing tall is the physical part of being your happiest and best self - the BODY.
Are you the type of person who lights up a room when you walk in or when you walk out?
In this highly digitized, instant-gratification world, people crave HUMAN connection with someone who really listens, deeply cares and inspires them.
We're all connected, so when you stop looking for the light and become it, your whole world changes. You can transform lives by being extraordinarily warm, kind and loving. But first, you must light yourself from within.
Being the light is the spiritual piece of the journey to being your happiest and best self - the SPIRIT
Be the light! The world needs you!
